Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences (FNHS) Dr. Antoine Farhat visited on Thursday, November 24, 2016, the North Lebanon Campus (NLC) to meet with Faculty students (B.S. Nutrition and Medical Lab, Dietetic interns and M.S. Human and Food Safety and Quality Management) in the presence NLC FNHS Coordinator Cécile Obeid. The ninety-minute meeting involved Dr. Farhat highlighting the most important aspects students should focus on, such as good academic standing, M.S. admission requirements, career opportunities, etc. NLC students, who were both excited and pleased with the visit, were given the opportunity to voice their concerns, which were primarily centered on future job opportunities and the best M.S. tracks to pursue. Dr. Farhat shared with them some of his personal experiences to address their worries and put their minds at ease. Students were very excited and pleased about the Dean’s visit.
